Director of Retail Operations – Headquarters

We are hiring a Director of Retail Operations to oversee performance, consistency, and execution across all ShowGrow dispensary locations. This role partners closely with executive leadership and store General Managers to ensure operational standards, compliance, and customer experience are delivered consistently at every location. The ideal candidate is a proven retail operator with strong leadership skills and deep experience managing multi location teams.

• Oversee daily operations and performance across all retail locations
• Directly manage and coach General Managers
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, policies, and brand standards
• Partner with leadership on store launches, staffing plans, and performance goals
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, labor efficiency, and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance standards are maintained across all stores
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans

• 5 or more years of retail operations leadership experience
• Multi location management experience required
• Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of retail compliance and operational controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and driving accountability
• Ability to travel between locations as needed
