General Manager – Long Beach

We are hiring a General Manager to lead and launch our newest dispensary in Long Beach, scheduled to open in Quarter 4 of 2026. The General Manager will be responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, operations, compliance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned cannabis retail leader with strong business acumen, a compliance mindset, and a passion for building teams that deliver excellence.

• Provide strategic leadership to the store team and guide daily dispensary operations
• Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and regulatory requirements
• Drive sales goals, manage budgets, and optimize store profitability
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to achieve high performance
• Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and operational workflows
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate a culture of professionalism
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and reporting

• Minimum 3 years of cannabis retail management experience, including P&L accountability
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and coaching retail teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of cannabis compliance requirements in California
• Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and retail metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving retail environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment to on-site leadership

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (depending on experience)
