Guest Experience Specialist – Long Beach

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate to support daily retail operations at our Long Beach location. This is a customer facing role focused on service, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming in store experience
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and purchase limits
• Assist customers with product questions and point of sale transactions
• Operate POS systems accurately, including cash and cashless payments
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and display areas
• Restock products and assist with inventory counts as needed
• Follow all store policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working with point of sale systems and handling transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and compliance requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Must meet all local and state requirements for cannabis employment
