Inventory & Compliance Specialist – Long Beach

We are hiring an Inventory and Compliance Specialist to manage product intake, inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance at our Long Beach dispensary. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and experienced in cannabis inventory systems.

• Receive and verify product deliveries and manifests
• Maintain accurate inventory records and counts
• Ensure compliance with METRC and all regulatory requirements
• Coordinate product movement between vault and sales floor
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
• Work closely with management on inventory planning and controls

• Previous cannabis inventory or compliance experience required
• Hands on experience with METRC strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation requirements
• Comfortable working in back of house environments
• Must meet all local and state requirements for cannabis employment
