Shift Lead – Long Beach

We are hiring Shift Leads to help run daily floor operations at our Long Beach dispensary. Shift Leads are responsible for supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during their assigned shifts. This role is ideal for dependable team members ready to step into a leadership position.

• Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts
• Support dispensary associates with customer service and transactions
• Ensure proper ID verification and compliance procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Monitor cash handling and POS accuracy
• Communicate operational issues to management
• Maintain a professional, organized, and compliant sales environment

• Previous retail or dispensary experience required
• Leadership or key holder experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must meet all local and state requirements for cannabis employment
