What We’re Looking For
We are hiring a Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and maintain
standardized training programs across all ShowGrow dispensary locations.
This role is responsible for ensuring employees are properly trained on compliance,
operations, and customer experience from day one.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced in building scalable training systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized training programs for all store roles
- Ensure compliance training is current and consistently delivered
- Partner with HR and Operations on onboarding programs
- Create training materials, documentation, and role specific learning paths
- Support leadership development for managers and shift leads
- Conduct training audits and identify gaps in knowledge or execution
- Support new store openings with training and onboarding execution
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in training, learning and development, or workforce education
- Retail or multi location training experience preferred
- Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate procedures into clear, repeatable training
- Comfortable working cross functionally with HR and Operations
