Jason Law is the Chief Construction Officer at ShowGrow, responsible for overseeing licensed dispensary construction, development, and operational launch across multiple regulated cannabis markets. Since ShowGrow’s earliest partnerships, Jason has led the planning, build-out, inspection, and opening of retail, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities designed to meet strict local and state compliance requirements. His experience spans the full lifecycle of dispensary development, from site evaluation and permitting through final inspections and opening approvals.

Jason has been building dispensaries with ShowGrow since the company’s early growth, leading construction and operations for ShowGrow-operated and ShowGrow-partner locations nationwide. His work includes retail dispensaries, cultivation facilities, and manufacturing operations, each designed to meet unique municipal, security, and life-safety requirements. Jason works directly with architects, engineers, inspectors, city officials, and ownership groups to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to approval.

Jason has led dispensary and cannabis facility construction projects across Illinois, Arkansas, Ohio, Michigan, California, New Jersey, and Nevada. These projects ranged from fast-track retail build-outs to complex multi-use facilities requiring reinforced vaults, advanced security systems, and specialized fire and safety infrastructure. Each project required close coordination with local authorities and tailored compliance solutions based on jurisdictional requirements.

Jason’s approach to dispensary construction prioritizes inspection readiness, operational flow, and long-term performance. His builds are designed to support high transaction volume, efficient staffing, and adaptable retail layouts without sacrificing compliance. As Chief Construction Officer, Jason leads ShowGrow’s dispensary construction strategy nationwide. He supports partners and internal teams through site selection, permitting, construction execution, inspection coordination, and operational launch. Jason’s role ensures that every ShowGrow dispensary is built to perform, comply, and scale from day one.
