How rewards works at ShowGrow Las Vegas.
Here is the simplest way to understand the program.

- Earn points on eligible purchases
- Unlock higher tiers as your points increase
- Redeem eligible rewards based on the current program rules

Rewards tiers, point ranges, and multipliers.
Your tier is based on your total points. Higher tiers earn points faster through multipliers and may include additional benefits.

How points are earned and how multipliers apply.
You receive 1 point for every dollar you spend. As you progress through membership tiers, you receive point multipliers.

| Platinum | 2.0x | 200 points |

How stamps work and how the preroll redemption works.
You receive one stamp toward a $0.01 preroll with each purchase that has a subtotal of $20 or more. Once you accumulate 10 stamps, you may redeem an eligible preroll.

What products are eligible for redemption?
You can redeem any item within its category unless it is labeled NOT REDEEMABLE on our menu.
- You may mix and match 1/8ths to total up to an ounce redemption.
- Medical edibles are only available for redemption for valid medical patients.

Do I need to make a purchase to redeem my points?
No. You do not have to make an additional purchase alongside your redemption to redeem an item or your 10th visit preroll.
You can redeem as many items as your points and applicable purchase limits will permit.

Can someone else redeem my points or pick up under my account?
No. All customers must purchase, pick up, and redeem points under their own account.
If you wish to have a joint account with someone, you must both physically come to the store to approve the merge.
