ShowGrow is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations at our Long Beach dispensary. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer experience, operational execution, and accountability. The Assistant Store Manager serves as the bridge between store leadership and the sales floor, helping ensure employees are trained, customers are taken care of, and operational standards are consistently executed every day. Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $46,000 – $60,000 per year depending on experience

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to Store Leadership
  • Works closely with Inventory Management and Sales Floor teams
  • Responsible for daily floor execution and team performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales floor operations and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Supervise budtenders and support staff during assigned shifts
  • Coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Conduct daily team huddles and ongoing employee training
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and professionalism
  • Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues
  • Coordinate breaks, lunches, shift coverage, and floor assignments
