Nathan works closely with ShowGrow’s construction and operations teams to align financial planning with real-world execution.

Before joining ShowGrow, Nathan built his career in traditional finance, where forecasting, capital planning, and performance measurement operate within more predictable frameworks. Transitioning into cannabis retail required adapting those principles to a highly regulated environment with unique operational and cash flow constraints. This perspective allows Nathan to identify where conventional financial assumptions break down and where stronger operational discipline is required.

Working alongside ShowGrow’s construction and operations leadership, Nathan approaches financial planning through an operational lens. Staffing efficiency, throughput, compliance costs, and inventory management are treated as core financial drivers rather than abstract line items. This integrated approach helps ensure that financial models reflect how dispensaries actually operate day to day.

Nathan is also a social equity license holder, giving him direct ownership-level exposure to the realities of dispensary development and operations. As CFO of ShowGrow Operations & Management, Nathan oversees financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across ShowGrow-operated and partner dispensaries. He supports partners by aligning financial expectations with operational reality, helping ensure projects are built, opened, and operated on a financially sustainable foundation.
